Every tenant earns Voice Points for real contributions: writing reviews, verifying a tenancy, and getting helpful votes from other renters. Points build up a tier, and specific achievements unlock badges. None of this changes a landlord's rating: that's always the average of what tenants reported, independent of who's reporting it.

A verified Comprehensive Review therefore earns 60 + 55 = 115 Voice Points. "Lease verified" combines tenancy verification and lease-document verification into a single step here, since that's how Tenant Voice verifies a tenancy.
