Heard something about a place: good or bad: even if you never lived there? Pass it on. It might be exactly what someone needs to hear before they sign.
These notes are unverified and can come from anyone: they're kept clearly separate from verified tenant reviews, and a moderator approves each one before it goes live.

Privacy Preference Center
Here's exactly what Tenant Voice stores in your browser, and why. There are no advertising or tracking cookies to manage: just what's listed below.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Always Active
A signed session cookie that keeps you logged in and remembers your flash messages and preferred language. The Service can't function without it, so it can't be turned off.
Local Storage (not a cookie)
Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.
Third-Party Resources
Pages load Tailwind CSS, Iconify, and Chart.js from public content-delivery networks (CDNs). These are code libraries, not analytics or advertising services, but your browser talks directly to those CDNs, which may log standard metadata (like your IP address) under their own policies.
Tenant Voice does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies: so there's nothing else to switch on or off.
