Your name and email are never shown publicly: only a tier badge and any earned achievement badges.

Express (1–2 min), Detailed, or Comprehensive: rate as much or as little detail as you want.
Search & browse
Look up any address, city, or landlord, and see aggregate ratings and a review timeline.
Moderation & reporting
Report a review as inaccurate or abusive; staff review every report and can hide, edit, or remove content.
Helpful votes
Mark another tenant's review as helpful: it contributes to their Voice Points and badges.
